Priscilla Akutu-Carter

Priscilla Akutu-Carter is an accomplished Principal Consultant at Green Park since September 2023, specializing in culture change consultancy and client relationship management. With a strong background in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), Priscilla has held significant roles, including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead at the Financial Conduct Authority and Therapeutic Coach at Mental Health UK. Key achievements include leading a bespoke leadership development program for women and receiving a CREED award for authenticity and inclusiveness. Priscilla has extensive experience in managing strategic change initiatives, therapeutic coaching, and developing EDI training programs, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Westminster.
