Dana Carr

Dana Carr is an accomplished leader in the fields of education, arts, and nonprofit management, currently serving as the CEO and Principal Consultant at The Creative Impact Group since August 2023. Dana provides consulting services through Unlock Creative and holds the position of Chief of Training and Executive Consultant at Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center, Inc., along with serving as a Technical Assistance Provider for MENTOR Maryland | DC. Additional experience includes professional learning facilitation at Discovery Education and a prior role as Executive Director at Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center, Inc. Dana has also contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. With a strong educational background, including a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from New York University, Dana's focus is on promoting organizational culture change, anti-racist practices, and professional development, particularly in support of Black leadership in creative and nonprofit sectors.
