Kavitha Raj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and education. Currently serving as Team Lead for Recruitment at Mentor Match since September 2023, Kavitha previously held several roles at WhiteHat Jr from July 2020 to August 2023, including Internal Auditor for Quality Check, focusing on enhancing teaching performance and ensuring academic accountability. Prior to this, Kavitha worked at HANSEL AND GRETEL EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT SCHOOL from November 2011 to March 2014, where roles included Administrator, Director Teacher, and Mentor Teacher.
