Neyshia Rivera, MA, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Mentor Technical Group since November 2023. Previously, Neyshia held the position of Senior Human Resources Specialist at ConWaste from January 2015 to November 2023, where responsibilities included human resources representation. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Labor Relations acquired from Inter-American University of Puerto Rico - Metropolitan Campus between 2015 and 2017 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management obtained from the same institution from 2011 to 2014.
