Barry Leece

Barry Leece is a seasoned professional in healthcare compliance with extensive experience in compliance program enhancement and regulatory adherence. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Healthcare Compliance at Mentor, a Johnson & Johnson acquisition, since February 2011, Barry has focused on Testing & Monitoring, FCPA Compliance, and Training in response to a corporate reorganization. Prior to this role, Barry served as Compliance Officer and Director for LifeScan-Canada for over two decades, where responsibilities included expanding compliance activities and establishing new policies. Barry holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix.
