Andrew Almonte

Andrew Almonte is a skilled consultant at Semler Brossy since January 2021, with prior experience as a Senior Associate Consultant and Associate Consultant within the same firm. In addition to consulting, Andrew serves as a mentor for MENTOR: The National Mentoring Partnership and previously mentored students in the Brown Elementary Afterschool Mentoring Program at The Swearer Center, creating engaging lesson plans. Career experience includes internships at Semler Brossy Consulting Group, Foster America, and Bank Rhode Island, along with early roles as a lifeguard at YMCA of Greater Providence and banquet server at The Crowne Plaza Hotel. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Brown University.
