Laura L. Green, MPA, serves as the Executive Director of MENTOR MD|DC, driving initiatives to enhance opportunity and support for youth. Previously, as the Founding Executive Director of iMentor Baltimore, Laura successfully established the program, secured vital contracts, and cultivated a high-performing team while leading significant fundraising efforts. Laura's consulting experience includes creating comprehensive fundraising plans for organizations like ABC and Baltimore Collegiate School for Boys, and conducting feasibility studies for major capital campaigns. With extensive leadership roles in education and nonprofit sectors, Laura is recognized for strategic vision, innovative fundraising strategies, and a commitment to community impact, backed by a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Science from Frostburg State University.
