Katja Höesch

Katja de Gruyter is an experienced Energy and Climate Consultant currently working at Brightspot Climate since July 2020, with previous roles including Analyst at Nimonik and Environmental Specialist at D&G Envrio-Group. Katja has conducted Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments following CSA Standards, focusing on the analysis of historical data and chemical results for various properties. Katja also interned at the Ministère de l'Environnement et de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques, contributing to climate change research and regulatory modernization. Katja's educational background includes a Master's degree in Environment with a focus on Environmental Assessment and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Environmental issues, both from Concordia University. Prior to this environmental career, Katja worked as a Web Developer at TD and Aquent.
