Vijay Sethi

Vijay Sethi has a rich work experience spanning over 30 years. Vijay started their career in 1989 as a Management Consultant with Tata Consultancy Services. In 1996, they joined Ranbaxy as Director Business Solutions and was responsible for ensuring value delivery from IT investments in the organization. In 2007, they joined Hero MotoCorp Ltd as Chief Information Officer, Head Human Resources and Head Corporate Social Responsibility. Vijay was also a Director on the Board of M/s HMCMM Auto Ltd. In 2021, they joined MentorKart as Chairman and Chief Mentor, Cyble as Advisory Board Member and BosonQ Psi (BQP) as Chairman Advisory Board. In their role as Chief Mentor at MentorKart, they lead a group of highly talented and passionate Mentors. As Member Advisory Board at Cyble, they act as Strategic Advisor and guide to the founders and management team.

Vijay Sethi obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra between 1982 and 1987, majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Vijay then went on to obtain a PGDIE from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering between 1987 and 1988. Afterwards, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Materials Management Bangalore between 1992 and 1995, with a focus on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Vijay also obtained several certifications, including an APICS - Basic Supply Chain Management, an Advanced Diploma - E Commerce, an Advanced Diploma - Systems Management, a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA, and a Diploma in Imports Export Management.
