Eleonora Georgieva

Eleonora has a Master’s degree in “Computer Systems & Technologies” and more than 15 years of experience in the IT sector. She was one of the first members to join the MentorMate team in Bulgaria, and to this day, she plays a vital role in developing successful enterprise systems.

Eli progressed through many different career roles while at MentorMate, led by the desire to be helpful to her colleagues and the company’s clients. One of her major motivators is improving the lives of many people around the world through her work. She leads the Java team and manages some of MentorMate’s biggest projects for leading companies in the healthcare, pharmacy, and insurance industries.

As Vice President of Delivery, her main responsibilities include implementing innovative processes in the company, aiming to ensure the flexibility of client relationships and the fulfillment of the successful work of all colleagues. Another significant aspect of her job is data security and protection.
