Silvia Colin

Silvia Colin is the current Director of Human Resources at Menway. Prior to this, they held the position of Adjointe RH-Paie at Groupe Menway from February 2012 to April 2015. In this role, they were responsible for administering the company's personnel and managing payroll, as well as overseeing various HR projects. From March 2008 to January 2012, Colin was Chargée de ressources humaines at EFE - Edition Formation Entreprise, where they handled HR administration, recruitment, training, and other cross-functional projects. Silvia began their career in 2006 as an assistant HR professional at Publicis Consultants. Throughout their career, Colin has demonstrated their dedication to ensuring the well-being and success of their company's employees.

Silvia Colin obtained a Master 2 in Human Resources from the Ecole Supérieure de Management en Alternance (ESM-A) and a DUT in Commercialization Techniques from the IUT Charlemagne de Nancy.

Silvia Colin reports to Jean-Louis Petruzzi, Chairman & CEO. Silvia Colin works with Yannick Lux - Administrative & Accounting Director, Christian Ferrari - Head of HR Consulting Department, and Catherine Berçon - General Manager Prévia.
