Graham Carswell has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Graham started their career at BP in 1993 as a Youth Trainee and later worked as a Client Support & Systems Controller. Graham then joined SAIC in 1996 where they served as a Computer Operations Analyst and Junior Systems Engineer. Graham then moved to ScottishPower in 1999 as a Service Desk Operator and Operations Analyst. Following this, they returned to SAIC in 2006 as a Shift Team Leader with Incident Management Responsibilities. Graham also worked at Accenture as a Shift Team Leader with Incident Management Responsibilities, where they managed a team and was responsible for various operational tasks. In 2011, Graham joined IBM as a Shift Major Incident Manager assigned to the ScottishPower Account. Graham later worked at Tesco, where they held the roles of Checkout Team Support and Retail Shift Manager. Currently, Graham is employed at Menzies Aviation as an IT Analyst and IT Service Management Lead, responsible for global process management and knowledge management.
Graham Carswell attended Falkirk High School from 1988 to 1993, but did not pursue a degree or specify a field of study.
