Alena Moore has extensive experience in executive leadership and financial management, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief of Staff at Meopta - optika, s.r.o. since August 2014. Prior to this role, Alena worked at Ingersoll Rand as Finance Director from January 2013 to July 2014, focusing on implementing a new ERP system and overseeing various financial functions. Alena's career began at Siemens, where responsibilities included Head of Financial Controlling and Strategic Procurement Leader, managing financial reporting, plant costs, and global procurement strategies from January 2007 to December 2012.
