Rachael Irons

Rachael Irons has worked in the fashion industry since 2004. Rachael began their career at Debenhams as an Assistant Buyer. In 2007, they joined House of Fraser as a Womenswear Buyer. In 2012, they moved to Gap Inc./ Gap as a Senior Womenswear Buyer. In 2014, they joined ME+EM Ltd as the Head of Buying, followed by a period of Maternity Leave, and then the Head of Sustainability.

Rachael Irons is currently enrolled in the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge, where they are pursuing a degree in Business Sustainability Management.
