Vicki Herring

Vicki Herring's work experience begins in 1996 when they worked as a Retail Manager at Harrods. Vicki later became an HR Officer at Harrods before moving on to Gap Inc./International where they worked as an HR Officer and then as an HR Business Partner for the company's international headquarters. In 2013, they joined High Street Partners as a Senior Manager of HR Advisory before transitioning to Kering, a global luxury group, in 2015. At Kering, they held multiple roles including Head of HR Shared Services for the UK and Ireland, and Head of Global HR Shared Services - Performance. In 2021, they joined Alexander McQueen as the Human Resources Director, and in 2023, they became the People Director for ME+EM Ltd.

From 2006 to 2008, Vicki Herring attended London Metropolitan University, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management.
