Marcela Flores Maura

Marcela Flores Maura is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Gerente de operaciones at MERA Corporation since September 2022, Marcela previously held the position of Gerente TGI Fridays - Quito Aeropuerto from March 2020 to November 2022, where responsibilities included budget analysis and inventory control. Prior to that, Marcela managed Outback Steakhouse at Quito Aeropuerto, also focusing on financial analysis and inventory management. Earlier roles include management positions at ChicBerry, Tecobil, and Hotel Le Parc, where expertise in cost control, marketing, and menu development was showcased. Marcela holds a degree in Administration of Food and Beverages from Universidad San Francisco de Quito.
