Rommel Espallardo

Rommel Espallardo has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Head of Trading, Head of Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Management, and Head of Project Cost Engineering at Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corporation (MIESCOR) since July 2019. Rommel also holds various positions at MERALCO since March 2009, including Engineer and Officer roles in distribution asset management and electric distribution construction, as well as serving as a Distribution Engineer in Sector Operations. Rommel possesses a Diploma in Supply Chain Management from San Beda College Alabang and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas.
