James Stevens

James Stevens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in PACS support and systems administration. Currently serving as Manager PACS L2 Support at Merative since January 2022, James previously held the position of PACS Analyst II Team Lead at Merge Healthcare from August 2011 to October 2022, where responsibilities included providing remote and onsite support to hospitals and imaging centers, collaborating with various healthcare professionals to address DICOM, HL7, and PACS performance issues. Earlier roles included IS Tech/Database Administrator at The Broadcast Team and Sr. Systems Engineer at Southern Technology Group, where James focused on database management and network maintenance. Academically, James holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Engineering from the University of West Florida, along with an Associate of Arts in General Studies and an Associate of Science in Network and System Administration from Daytona State College.
