Katie Coleman

Katie Coleman serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Merative since July 2022, where the organization partners with health and government social services industries to enhance client decision-making and performance. Prior to this role, Katie held various executive positions at TransUnion from January 2009 to December 2021, including Interim Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Additional experience includes a role at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant focused on Human Capital Organization & Change, and earlier positions at Allstate, Brookdale Senior Living, J. Walter Thompson Worldwide, and Chicago Tribune Media Group. Katie holds an undergraduate degree in Communications from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Development from Loyola University Chicago, and completed the Modern CHRO Program at Cornell University ILR School.
