Terrance Rayner

Terrance Rayner is an experienced Custom Engineer Developer currently employed at Merative since July 2022, having previously held the same title at IBM from September 2016 to July 2022. Rayner has a robust background in designing, developing, and implementing integrated solutions, particularly in operationalizing Watson Health Imaging software and creating custom HL7 interfaces.
