Pamela Gonzalez

Pamela Gonzalez is a Senior UX Designer at Mercado Libre since September 2022, focusing on credit card experiences for Brazil and Mexico to promote financial inclusion. Previously, Pamela worked at Banco Bci from September 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities included UX design for everyday banking and innovation projects. Prior to that, Pamela served as a UX Consultant and team leader at Medible from January 2017 to September 2019, managing multidisciplinary teams and leading key projects such as the redesign of the Bancolombia Leasing platform. Additional experience includes project leadership in interactive game development at Triangulum and facilitation of brand positioning courses for women entrepreneurs at Fundación PRODEMU. Pamela holds a Master’s degree in industrial and product design from Universitat de Girona and a Product Design degree from Universidad de Talca, along with a diploma in UX Design from Universidad Central.
