Jorge Saenz

Jorge Saenz has extensive experience in various IT and management roles. Currently at Mercadona, Jorge is the Kafka Product Manager & EDA Adoption responsible for deploying strategies and adoption in apps. Previously, Jorge has held positions such as MFT PM/PO, Automation & Orchestration Manager, and Disaster Recovery Plan Owner. Jorge has a Master of Business Administration degree from EDEM Escuela de Empresarios and a degree in Ingeniero en Sistemas Electrónicos from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
