Gulnaaz Parveen is an experienced payroll and human resources professional with a strong background in global payroll implementation and management. Currently serving as the Global Payroll Implementation Project Manager at Mercans since May 2023, Gulnaaz has previously held positions including Manager of Global Payroll Tax at EY from December 2022 to May 2023, and Global Payroll Regional Manager at Neeyamo from May 2017 to December 2022, specializing in payroll transition and implementation across multiple regions including Europe and the Middle East. With earlier roles as a Europe Global Payroll Subject Matter Expert at Accenture and a Customer Relationship Management Specialist at Sutherland, Gulnaaz possesses hands-on experience in HRIS and payroll systems. Gulnaaz holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Welingkar Institute of Management and a BCom from Andhra University.
