Umberto Montano

Umberto Montano is the Chairman & Founder of Mercato Centrale since April 2014. Umberto is also the Business Owner of Ristorante Caffè Italiano since 1996 and was previously the Business Owner of Alle Murate from 1983 to 2015. Before that, Umberto served as a Docente di ruolo at Istututo Alberghiero Aurelio Saffi from 1976 to 1994. Umberto Montano obtained a degree in Tecnico delle Attività Alberghiere, Operatore Turistico from IPALB - U. Di Pasca Potenza in 1976.
