Franz Reichardt

Franz Reichardt has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Franz currently holds the position of Lead Engineer Customer Features Drive & Charge at Mercedes-AMG GmbH. Prior to this, they worked at Volkswagen AG, where they held multiple roles including Systems Engineer, Benchmarking Engineer, and Cost Engineer. In these positions, they were responsible for evaluating and estimating costs of electrical components, calculating manufacturing costs, and scouting suppliers. Before their time at Volkswagen AG, Franz worked as a Technical Project Consultant at IAV GmbH and KBF Engineering. Franz also gained experience as an intern at Volkswagen AG in competitor analysis.

Franz Reichardt graduated from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering for Electrical Engineering in 2012. Franz further pursued their education at the same university, earning a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering in 2014.
