Said Bük has a diverse work experience in various companies. Said started their career at Audi AG in 2011, where they served as a Project Manager in different roles, including Digital Retail Specialist and Project Manager for Digital Sales Formats and Brand Innovations. During their time at Audi AG, they were responsible for market rollout, support of Point of Sales activities, and business case development. Said also developed IT infrastructure concepts and managed the lifecycle of retail tools.
In 2015, Said Bük joined Vodafone as a Marketing Manager. Said had a one-year tenure at Vodafone, where they played a key role in marketing initiatives.
In 2017, Said Bük moved to AUDI AG again and worked as a Project Manager until 2019. Said then joined Mercedes-Benz Consulting GmbH as the Head of Digital Business Development in September 2019. Said later transitioned into the role of Head of Performance Marketing in June 2020, where they remained until January 2022.

Said Bük completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including "Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption" from INSEAD in July 2021, "Section4 Certified Strategist" from Section4 in March 2021, "Certified Scrum Product Owner" from Scrum Alliance in November 2017, and "Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing" from the Digital Marketing Institute in January 2017.
