Stephen Franklin

Stephen Franklin has over a decade of experience in the automotive and retail industries. Since January 2010, Stephen has worked at Mercedes Benz of Austin in the role of Automotive Parts Sale, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service and product knowledge. Prior to this position, Stephen served as a cashier at HEB for a year, where foundational skills in retail operations and customer interaction were developed.
