Vivek Ragavan N, CSPO®, is an E2E Change Management Expert at Mercedes-Benz Tech Motion GmbH since November 2022, with a focus on PDM Operations International. Previously, Vivek held the position of Senior Technical Lead at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India from May 2015 to October 2022, where key responsibilities included project complexity management and delivering multiple work packages. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Engineer and Engineer at RENAULT NISSAN MITSUBISHI ALLIANCE in India and Volvo Buses, respectively, where Vivek was involved in establishing teams and managing product data related to engineering changes. Educational qualifications include an Engineer’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tamilnadu College of Engineering and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology.
