Jackie Vent is a seasoned professional in human resources and learning development, currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team since October 2022. Previously, Jackie held the position of Head of Human Resources at Mercedes-Benz EQ Formula E Team from October 2020 to October 2022 and served in various HR roles, including Talent Manager and HR Business Partner, at Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team from August 2011 to October 2020. Early career experiences include a Brand Ambassador role at N2O Limited and a Telephone Debt Negotiator position at dlc (direct legal & collections). Jackie Vent holds a Post Graduate degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Northampton and a degree in Business Studies from the University of the West of England.
