Alejandra M. Silva (MS HRD, SHRM-CP)

Alejandra M. Silva (MS HRD, SHRM-CP) has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting in 2006, they worked as an Event Administrator for the Latino Reform Youth Council (LRYC) until 2012. During the same period, they also worked as a Millwork Expediter for Home Depot from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Mercer County Administration and has held various roles including Clerk Typist Bilingual, Personnel Clerk, Confidential Aide II, and Human Resource Coordinator. Currently, Alejandra is the Deputy Director of Human Resources at Mercer County Administration.

Alejandra M. Silva holds a Master of Science (MS) degree from Villanova University in Human Resources Development, which was obtained between 2020 and 2022. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at William Paterson University of New Jersey from 2017 to 2019. In 2015, Alejandra obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Mercer County Community College. Alejandra M. also holds a High School Diploma from Hightstown High School, which was obtained between 2003 and 2006.

Alejandra M. Silva has additionally earned a certification as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in January 2023.
