Jason Payne

Jason Payne is an accomplished professional in the field of golf coaching and business development. Currently serving as the Head Men's Golf Coach at Mercer University since July 2021, Jason has previously held similar roles at Charleston Southern University and Mercer University. As a co-founder and co-owner of Classic Georgia, Jason contributes to an apparel and visual image company that celebrates the state's uniqueness. Additionally, Jason has experience in strategic development at Peach State Pride and financial advising with Wells Fargo Advisors and Capstone Financial. Jason's educational background includes a B.S.F.C.S. in Consumer Economics from the University of Georgia and a Master's in Sport Management from Georgia Southern University.
