Miriam Daucher

Miriam Daucher is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as Principal and Regional Lead for HR Transformation at Mercer since January 2021, where strategic collaboration and impactful initiatives empower organizations across Asia. Prior roles include Senior Consultant at Promerit AG specializing in HR Transformation and project management focused on talent acquisition, management, and DEI from May 2017 to December 2020. Additionally, experience as an HR Expert at GMK electronic design GmbH involved HR strategy, talent acquisition, and HRIS management. Internship positions at Allianz and various companies enriched expertise in global HR business partnering and talent acquisition. Miriam holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ulm University and has furthered education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and the University of Bergen.
