Rasika Rathnayake

Rasika Rathnayake is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in software development and technical consulting. Currently serving as a Manager - Senior Analyst Programmer at Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka & Finance PLC since September 2022, Rasika previously held positions as a Technical Consultant at Blue Chip Technical Services (Pvt) Ltd from August 2020 to January 2023, and as a Software Engineer at UAL from February 2010 to January 2023. Additionally, Rasika worked as a Senior RPG Developer at Silverlake Axis from November 2018 to August 2020, providing onsite support with Union Bank. Rasika holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Business IT, specializing in AS/400 programming, and completed education at Anthonys Convent Katugasthota in 2016.
