David Gens

David Gens is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in finance and business development. As the Founder and CEO of Merchant Growth since September 2010, David has revolutionized financing for small businesses in Canada. Additionally, David serves as President & CEO of tabit, a Buy Now, Pay Later solution launched in 2021, and holds the role of Founder, Managing Partner & CEO at Merchant Opportunities Fund, which supports fintech credit originators. David's involvement in the community includes serving as a Board Member for St James Music Academy and Hardline Productions. Previously, David co-founded Venbridge, specializing in venture debt financing, maintained board positions in various organizations, and contributed to the private equity sector with GBA Equity Partners. David is an alumnus of The University of British Columbia, holding a BComm in Finance.
