Cassia Pinheiro

Cassia Pinheiro has extensive experience in risk management and operations within the Latin American market, currently serving as Head of Risk Latam at Adyen since April 2015, with previous roles including Head of Operations and Head of Risk and Compliance. Cassia also co-leads the Latam region for the Merchant Risk Council since March 2023. Prior positions include Latam Risk Manager at iZettle by PayPal and Fraud Prevention Coordinator at Cetip, among others. Cassia began a career in risk analysis and fraud prevention at companies like Redecard and GetNet Tecnologia, further establishing expertise in the field. Educational background includes studies at FIA Business School and FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado.
