Michele Pettrone

Michele Pettrone has held various accounting and finance roles throughout their career. Michele started their career as a Vice President and Accounting Manager at Freedom Mortgage, where they managed the day-to-day accounting function and oversaw a team of 8-10 accountants. Michele then joined ITT Educational Services as an Accounting Supervisor, where they managed a team of 5 accountants and focused on payroll transactions and reconciling cash accounts. Michele continued their career at Stonegate Mortgage Corporation, starting as an Assistant Vice President of Accounting and eventually becoming the Director of Accounting. In this role, they managed daily accounting functions, oversaw the general ledger close process, and participated in SEC reporting. Michele also played a key role in the implementation of Workday Financials. Michele then joined Home Point Financial as the Director of Accounting before transitioning to their current role as the VP, Controller at Merchants Bank of Indiana.

Michele Pettrone attended Indiana University Bloomington to study Accounting. However, the duration of their enrollment and the completion of their degree remain unknown.
