Nic Baumann, MBA, SPHR, SCP has over 10 years of experience in human resources and business operations. Nic currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Merchants Bank of Indiana, where they lead the corporate HR department in supporting over 500 employees in multiple states. Nic collaborates with executive leadership to develop people strategies that drive business performance and achieve long-term goals. Prior to their current role, Nic was the Director of Talent Management at Allied Solutions, where they managed HR support for all business units across multiple states. Nic also led the talent acquisition team during a period of company growth. Earlier in their career, Nic was the Director of HR and Business Operations at Panther Brands, LLC, where they oversaw cross-functional teams and implemented strategies to support business objectives. Throughout their career, Nic has demonstrated their expertise in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.

Nic Baumann has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Leadership from Butler University - Lacy School of Business. Prior to that, Nic Baumann obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Statistics and Sociology from Purdue University.
