Eddie Dietrick

Mr. Dietrick serves as Vice President, Originations, and has been with the organization since 2015. He spent his first three years with Merchants Capital as a loan analyst, assisting originators in sourcing and closing loans. He was promoted to the Originations team in 2018 and is now responsible for sourcing and closing his own transactions. He has direct experience in a wide variety of multifamily programs available at MCC, specifically FHA, RHS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Merchants Bank balance sheet lending. Mr. Dietrick is a 2014 graduate of Indiana University, earning degrees and Accounting and Real Estate Finance from the Kelley School of Business. He completed his MBA in Finance in 2018 through the Kelley School of Business’s Evening MBA Program.
