Charlotte Wise

Charlotte Wise currently serves as the Head of Psychology and Teacher of Geography at Mercia Learning Trust since September 2022, while also holding the position of Teacher of Geography at Northern Education Trust since September 2019. Charlotte has taken on leadership roles focusing on homework and retrieval practice, as well as serving as the Early Career Teacher Lead. Previous experience includes teaching geography at Teach First and working as a call center agent at Mosaic Fulfilment Solutions. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education Studies and Psychology from Durham University, a Professional Graduate Diploma in Education with a focus on Educational Leadership from Northumbria University, and a National Professional Qualification for Middle Leadership from Net Staff College, alongside A-level qualifications in Geography, English Language, Psychology, and General Studies from Tadcaster Grammar School Sixth Form.
