Antoine Depraetere

Antoine Depraetere is a seasoned professional in real estate project management, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Mercialys since April 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Deputy Project Director at Emerige from July 2022 to March 2024, focusing on real estate program management in Paris and its suburbs, overseeing two program managers. At Icade, from January 2017 to September 2022, Antoine managed a significant 24,000sqm development project that incorporated various housing types and office spaces. Earlier experiences include a Project Manager Intern position at Bouygues Immobilier and oversight of civil works at Fives in the Philippines. Antoine completed advanced master’s degrees in Strategy and International Business Development at CentraleSupélec and emlyon business school and holds a Master of Engineering from HEI. Involvement in university activities includes serving as Treasurer for the HEI'changes Forum during engineering studies.
