Guadalupe Arredondo

Guadalupe Arredondo is an experienced talent management professional with a strong background in global talent development. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at Schering since August 2015, Guadalupe has led initiatives such as the Global Talent Management function, created a global Management Development program, and implemented a global Performance Management system. In parallel, Guadalupe has held the position of Director of Executive Talent Development at Merck Group since July 2014, overseeing performance management, succession planning, and executive coaching. Prior experience includes serving as the Head of Global Talent at Ansell Health Care, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition, learning and development, leadership development, and talent management. Guadalupe holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Iowa State University, earned in 2008.
