Jack Connell

Jack Connell has extensive experience in compensation consulting and human resources. Jack is currently the VP of Human Resources at Merck Group as of November 2023. Prior to this, they were the CEO of their own company, Jack Connell Compensation Consulting, from May 2017 to July 2023. Before starting their own business, they held various roles at Mercer Management Consulting, Boston Children's Hospital, and GoDaddy, where they were Vice President Total Rewards.
