Lorena Ayuso

Lorena Ayuso is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and leadership roles within the healthcare and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Subsidiary Quality Head for Spain & the Iberia Cluster at the Healthcare Business of Merck since June 2019, Lorena has been with the Merck Group since September 2012, participating in the Future Leaders Program and holding the title of Quality Assurance Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at GE General Electric, where Lorena held various positions, including IEC Controls Product Owner and Program Manager for New Product Introduction, as well as participation in the Edison Engineering Development Program. Lorena began a career in the transportation sector as part of the Leonardo Da Vinci Program. Academically, Lorena holds an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from China Europe International Business School, an MBA from the Indian School of Business, and engineering degrees from Université Blaise Pascal and the University of Deusto.
