Colby Andrews

Colby Andrews is an accomplished professional in project management and engineering within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Associate Director of Project Management at Merck since July 2018. In this role, Colby leads the Merck Manufacturing Division Future Talent Program and supports change management initiatives. Previous positions at Merck included Manager of Operations, where Colby developed technician hiring plans and built a successful team, and Specialist in Engineering, where efforts included integrating Quality Risk Management into vaccine projects and streamlining regulatory processes.
