Enoch Allotey

Enoch Allotey, J.D., serves as the Associate Director of Human Health IT, Business Innovation at Merck since August 2021, following roles as Sr. Specialist in EEMEA Regional Policy and Global Vaccine Partnerships and Senior Specialist in Policy and Government Relations. Enoch is also a Committee Member of the Health Law Committee at the New York City Bar Association since September 2021. Previous experience includes an Artificial Intelligence Research Associate position at the U.S. Department of State, a Student Attorney at the University of Massachusetts School of Law's Community Development Clinic, a Legal IP Policy Intern at Pfizer, Chief Consultant at T&A Group LLC, and an Analytical R&D Scientist II at Amneal Pharmaceuticals. Enoch holds a Juris Doctor from UMass Law and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Stony Brook University.
