Maureen Doherty

Maureen (McErlean) Doherty is a seasoned Human Resources leader with extensive experience in organizational and talent transformation. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources at Merck since May 2014, Maureen drives HR initiatives across Corporate Communications & Policy, Legal, and Business Development. Previous roles include HR leadership positions at Campbell Soup, where Maureen was a strategic partner for corporate functions and brand marketing, and at SAP as a Senior HR Business Partner. Maureen also contributed to Aetna/US Healthcare as an HR Generalist after earning a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from La Salle University.
