Robert Luszcz

Robert Luszcz is an experienced professional in quality assurance and systems management within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Systems Quality Team Lead and Clinical System Quality Manager at Merck since January 2016. With prior roles at HCL Technologies and their initial tenure at Merck, Luszcz has focused on ensuring compliance and audit preparedness in clinical systems. Luszcz’s experience also includes significant contributions at Schering-Plough Research Institute as Principal Analyst for global chromatography systems and earlier positions at Johnson & Johnson, where leadership roles encompassed analytical testing and system administration. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a focus on Molecular Biology and a minor in Chemistry from King's College.
