Tzu-Hsing (April) Kuo is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical field. Currently serving as Associate Principal Scientist at Merck since April 2022, Tzu-Hsing has previously worked as Senior Scientist at Acceleron Pharma, where contributions to early-stage drug discovery resulted in two patent applications and multiple drug candidates. Tzu-Hsing's background includes a role as Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Brigham and Women's Hospital & Harvard Medical School, focusing on limb regeneration in salamanders, and as Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Pennsylvania, investigating interactions within the immune system. Educational qualifications include dual Ph.D. degrees from Rutgers University and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, a Master of Science from National Yang Ming University, and a Bachelor of Science from National Taiwan University.
