Adarsh H. has a varied work experience beginning in 2019. Adarsh started as a Software Engineer Intern at 1World Online and then moved on to become a Policy Intern at the City of Sunnyvale in 2020. That same year, they also worked as a Software Developer and Research Intern at Stanford University. In 2021, Adarsh became an Associate and Analyst at the Harvard College Consulting Group and a Research Assistant for Prof. Lawrence Summers at Harvard University. Currently, Adarsh is working as a Computer Vision/ML Research at IBM and as CTO & Co-Founder at Mercor, where they are building the future of recruiting.

Adarsh H. received a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Computer Science from Harvard University and a High School Diploma from Bellarmine College Preparatory.
