Débora Silva has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Débora started their career as a Negociadora Financeira at Schulze Advogados Associados, where they dealt with financial contracts and negotiated agreements to resolve disputes. Following this, they worked at Conta Azul as a Sales Development Representative and later as an Inside Sales, where they helped account managers expand their customer base and improve clients' businesses through effective financial management. In addition to their formal education, Débora obtained several certifications. In June 2023, they completed a course on "Feedback e Feedforward" at Escola Conquer. In May 2023, they acquired a certification on the "Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados: conceitos fundamentais" from DPOnet. Débora also completed courses on "Fechamento e contorno de objeções," "Negociação com influência: como criar bons argumentos," "Ferramentas para aumentar a criatividade," "Produtividade Inteligente," "Como ser mais influente," and "Spin selling e venda com geração de valor," all at Escola Conquer, in May 2023 and March 2023, respectively.
